Ray Umsted started Atlas Fence Co. over 55 years ago with only his pickup truck and the ability to install a fence. Since then, his fence company in Houston, TX, has grown to be one of the state’s largest fence corporations, with around 50 employees comprised of those who have only a few years of service and those who have been with the company for over 30 years.
